Then, you race to the gym and pay proudly for your tickets to watch the boys volleyball game. Cool, right? Too bad this is only a fantasy, as of right now. What do you think? Should we have a boys' volleyball team? Tanner Huizenga, seventh grade student at BMS, said, "Yes, because boys volleyball is a real sport, so some boys already play." If only it was that simple. Mrs. Moore, athletic director at BMS, said that it's more complicated than we think. Mrs. Moore said that the coach of the team does most of the work to get a new team approved. She also said that some sports she recommends herself and brings to the board, for example, tennis. Other people/coaches normally bring the ideas to her. But it's difficult in the economy right now to add new sports. Our survey shows that 61% of people would enjoy having a boys volleyball team.
